ANI

I have read a post from 2010 that talks about setting up a ANI with CallPilot. Unfortunatley the zip file link is gone and I was hoping someone has it or knows how to set this ANI up on CallPilot. Or if anyone knows who makes an external ANI box that can be connected thru a TN to the PBX.

Thanks, unfortunatley the file gets stripped where I work.

I just tried it again and the .zip file is invalid.

I finally got the file at home. I did as the work doc said and I get no results. I am sure I am missing something. I am new to Application builder and it seems pretty straight forward.Please help.

I just about tried everything I know. Does this actually work with CallPilot? and if so, How? I am really at a loss here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I know this is getting repetitve, but I can really use help in getting this ANI to work in Call Pilot. If it cannot be made to work is there another solution?

I think I finally had a brain dump and figured out why it does not work. I do not have Symposium/Contact Center. I have only Call Pilot. So if anyone has a solution I would greatly appreciate yet.
