is it possible to route the ANI via QSIG from the Avaya PBX to another PBX, so that the attendant on the other PBX is able to recognize which ANI had been sent?
What is necessary to configure?
There is four places you need to activate the cli
If you are using a 2mb trunk between the PABX systems
on each station page - send cpn number =yes
on trunk form - send calling number=y
on same trunk form - format= unknown
change pub 0 - enter the trunk plus the required info
