Hi All -

Hoping you have a suggestion for me...

I have a multi site location and I have

Cha Pub-- All Extensions are associated with the appropriate outbound number that I want sent.

One range is correct in Cha PUB - but is sending the wrong digits (they have thier own T1 - all other sites are using Main Trunk Groups.

The only thing I can think of is that the outbound ANI is programmed somewhere for the T1. (I cant' find it)

Help???

Most likely the PRI provider is ignoring what you are sending, and sending the BTN (Billing Telephone Number). You need to specify you want them to follow switch numbering being sent. Also, most providers will only allow numbers to be sent that are registered DID's on that circuit. you can't just send anything anymore, due the liabilty concerns and E911 issues.
