ANI not being displayed

Hey Guys,

We are attempting to route traffic over to a new hosted IVR. The problem that I found in is that the ANI is not coming through with the D-channel messaging. Since the IVR is a shared platform they have to leave the NUM_PLAN as UNKN instead of E.164. Initially, I didn't think that they were sending me ANI at all, but I found the DEBG command in LD 96 and the ANI is being presented.

In looking through older threads, I'm kind of thinking that I need to modify the RCAP of the DCH but I'm not so sure. This is what I have in the DCH config right now.

To add to this a little more, when I dial the back-end toll free number ANI comes through like it should. But the NUM PLAN is E.164 too.
