We have an office with an Avaya G350, S8300 running CM 5.1.1, and MM710 running a straight up T-1 with voice (not ISDN of any kind). Trunk Group is set up as TIE to LEC with an old Ericsson AXE (b8zs, esf, robbed-bit, 24 b channels, no caller id in or out). Some LD calls are being rejected by the far-end network due to ANI Info Digits coming across as 02 - ANI Failure. Is this coding coming from us or the LEC? If it is from us, where can I check/correct it? We have maintenance perms with super-user logins, but no dadmin or craft level. Thanks for any guidance.

No more worries on this one. The LEC confirmed they were at fault and had a problem with their translations. As suspected, the ANI Info Digits come from some coding at the LEC, not the PBX. Thanks.
