Angled Table Text

I use the following code:

writing-mode: tb-rl;filter: flipv fliph;

to get my table text to display vertically rather than horizontally. Is there any way that I can get the text to appear at a 45 degree angle?

Image not possible unfortunately as the text is coming from a DB.

You could use the PHP GD library or similar to create an image "on the fly".

But I posted a crappy hack to do this recently.
Let me see if I can find it.
