I'm trying to create a table, in Word 2007, with angled cells in it like the one in this picture:

All I can find is an option to rotate 90 degrees.

Can anyone help?

PS. I'm sure I posted this exact same query yesterday but I cannot find it. If there is some reason it was deleted I'd appreciate being told. Thanks.

I don't think it can be done.

Your sample suggests that it was done using the drawing tools in OOWrite.

Unfortunately, with Word it seems that the text in drawing Autoshapes does not rotate when the shape is rotated.

I'm almost certain that it used to in earlier versions of Word, but try as I may with 2003 I cannot get text in an autoshape to rotate with the shape.

Not sure about previous versions, but I just tested in Excel 2007 and angled text, gives angled borders as well.

Same with XL2003 but if pasting into a word document you have to include the columns to the right which the angled text goes over. To avoid those empty cells having visible gridlines when pasted to Word I had to un-tick Tools, options, View, Gridlines (in Excel).

It is an Excel feature. Can you create the table in Excel and then copy/paste it into Word?
