Android Micollab app softphone standby issue

Guys,

I'm having a problem with the Micollab app on an Android phone using in softphone mode.

Now as long as the app is running and the phone is active, all is working fine.

But as soon as the mobile phone is in standby mode, new calls to the Micollab are refused, meaning the call does not enter the phone, making the user unreachable.

I checked the power settings and enabled the 'keep active in standby' but that does not seems to do the trick.

Any of you who knows what else I can do?

Yes of course.. :(

Problem is that the customer is using multiple different mobile phones.

But myself I'm using a Huawei P20 Lite Android release 9.

Mycollab is the latest release 9.4.1.8 (installed yesterday)
 
It can be an issue on push notification, check firewall rules to open some domains like apple.com or akamai/google services (ex googleapis.com).
