* and Voice Mail

Hi All

I have Nortel Norstar ICS 4.0 System, and for some reason when you call from the outside and you get the VM by pressing star (*) and extension the system would noramlly transfer you to that ext. -but not anymore; Now you press * it just exits the system.
What thinks?

Probably the option for return to AA has been turned off in voicemail programming.

Nuther thot: Dialing * + ext was the way to get out of an information Mbox. Perhaps you have reprogrammed?
