'and' in formula

How do I write a multiple formula similar to this:

isblank(b4) and c4 = "status good"

I want to check if b4 is empty and c4 = status good. what is the sytax for 'and'

 
Sort by date Sort by votes
=IF(AND(B4="",C4="status good"),"Yes","No")

AND(condition1,condition2,condition3,etc...)
