If I have 3 MD110 ( A,B,C) calls come in on PABX "A" if no one is logged in they go to PABX 'B' .If no one is logged in then calls go to PABX "C". My question is , do I just need to set up a data link (VIA ICU) between A and B and another data link between B and C . Or as well has having those links do I need another link between A and C

For that simple trafic case you do not need ANCD just make a diversion of the group when no logged in members.

Else you can do it A-B-C or A-B

Its just a matter of configuration.

V.24-links from A to B and B to C is enough. If you want to have a real load-balancing between all agents, you need ANCD.

Can i connect the ICU to a AAU and set up the AAU port for GICI to provide the data connection for ANCD between PABX's
