hello everybody on the forum,

i am Sam -from Bangalore (India),
after working for four years in resource management as a engineer (resources and requirement) and quality control(iso9002 implementation)in a engineering firm i have got a chance to work as a elicitor and requirement manager in a mid sized software firm in my place where rational unified process is being implemented.as my job overview i have to freqently elicit customers and deatil, manage, requirements in requisite pro.

i have only six months coding experience in vb6 & sql.

how do you all see this carrer in the future?

will overseas oppurtunities open up?
everybody is predicting that requirement analysis will be a very useful field in the years to come.
but i seldom see a job advertisement in this field back at my place atleast.

what is the situation at your place?

hoping that i will make some good frienda in this forum.

keep in touch.

with love and regards
