Analysis Studio doubling measure amounts

I am working with Analysis Studio (Cognos 8.4). My measures are doubling up. Any ideas why?

Not as familiar with Analysis studio as I am with Report Studio, so any help is appreciated. Thank you!

1. Cardinality in the model may be not okay.
2. The model you working with expects that you use a certain dimension as a filter ALL the time..
