Analysis 2005 Time heirarchy using tail.filter etc

I have the MDX below in Proclarity which is designed to show only non empty day records from the latest non-empty month backwards . In 2000 this works fine displaying all weekdays to currentdate . However in 2005 the current month values are aggregated under one figure ?
