Hi Guys
this is in relation to my last post (VOIP problem)
ok here goes, we have analogue & digital phones on my customers MD110 pbx, digital works ok going across to our VOIP GW, however there seems to some problem with the analogue phones, when the user dials the number, i can see form our gateway the extra number are added to the original number that they dialled, but if they press redial from the hand set, it connects fine. some one mentioned that this may be because of DTMF holding time, i have changed this on my gateway to 99ms as this is the highest option but the problem still persistent, at present we have a DTMF analyzer in between the GW & the pbx for a workaround, does any one have any idea.... thanks in advance
