I have a client that use Loop Start analogue trunks. I have the trunks connected to a MX 3300 (the controller is running the latest ver software 5.2.6.8). Installed I also have the AOB (analogue options board). I have two questions:

1. Is there a way to improve the audio volume aside from turning up the volume on digital and IP sets cause this is not sufficient and,

2. At this specific client calls cut unexpectedly and on random trunks. What on earth could cause this? I am thinking it's a layer 1 (hardware) problem. There are 12 trunks in total. 4 of these trunks are connected to cell routers (for LCR). They do the same as the Telco (landline) trunks. The common denominator is the PBX.

Thanks,
Eugene
