Can anyone tell me why i only get 1-way conversations when i load the analogue station licence on the BCM50?

i am wiring up the slate/white and blue/red as extensions and am getting conversation into the phone but no one can hear me at all!!

any thoughts?

Thanks

a work mate had a similar problem today turned out to be a faulty test phone...

never had any issues with the analogue ports maybe hardware fault

Hi,

This is a brand new V3 BCM50 and we have tried DECT phones (diverse) and my own BUTT phone. Exactly the same problem. Do i need to change some settings or something?

Thanks

Don't know what kind of connector blocks you're using but you might want to check the telco cable and the terminations on the other end. You might have split pairs.

I've never had a problem with the analog stations on one of these either.

Just a thought.

Never heard of a issue like this on a set port. Check the wiring and the phone itself, could not think of other reason esp. this is a new BCM.

Always learn from someone, something and somewhere......
