I'd like to set up click to dial using CCT with an option 11 running x21 4.5. CCT documentation suggests that 2500 sets are supported with some limitations. Given that my situation is for outbound calls (unforced) should I be concerned about using analogue sets?

TIA

John

you can control outbound via ncos as if it is a non acd analog.. i use a complete analog acd group once a year for a call in fund drive, with zero training it works every year without a hitch

As I know, analogue telephony sets can be only monitored with TAPI or CTC software helping, but not controlled! This situation approved by me on my laboratory stand and be perfectly authenic.
