Analogue phones ring on control set.

Hi guys.

Can you help.

I have 2 ATA's with a Modem and a Fax on the other./

When you ring from external (DID) into the device the call go's to the reception (control set)

If you ring from internal (extn to extn)the call connets ok.


I have checked the target line, and public received number and they seem to be ok.
They are built as Type "OTHER"

Anyone got any ideas why my analogue incoming calls are going to the control set on incoming DID only?

it was the public number length..!
