Hi

3300 MCD5, in the UK, ISDN30 trunks
I am trying to connect an analouge modem via an ASU.
All calls fail to connect, I cant see anything on a CCS trace, intermittently the port completely locks up and I can remove the programming / reboot the ASU to resolve.
If i connect a standard analogue phone the port works correctly.

Can you advise whether you have ever connected a modem via an analogue port and whether any particualr circuit descriptor settings / timers are required?

Thanks

Analogue wont show up in a CCS trace.
I take it you have no LS ports free on the back of your 3300? Are you programming it as an A-Log extension or trunk?

If you stick a analog phone on the same port is it functional?

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.
