Analogue Disconnect

Hi,
We have just upgraded to CM3.1.3 from a 9.5 G3R and are having issues with analogue handsets; they are as follows:

When we put the cradle down and go to dial another number the line stays open unless we hold the cradle for about a second this looks something like thread 690-1269793. Was there a conclusion to this?

Also we have another issue that if we set a cor on an analogue extension to no restrion on the calling party it doesn't work to some numbers; if we put it into a unrestricted list and make it all-toll it works?

The settings were all copied over using Pro-vision and we have checked for differences but there are none; is this just new to CM3.1.3 or am I missing something.

This was all to do with the recall timers not being set when provision copied the config across. The upper and lower bounds were not set correctly.
