Analog users stop functioning

Hello Team,
I have an issue on an IPO500V2 release 8.0
the issue is that the 4 analog users ( 2+ 2) from 2 Combo cards behave very strange, they cannot make calls or receive calls, they do not have a correct dial tone etc.
rebooting the IPO resolves the issue and all 4 analog users function on. leaving the system idle overnight for example brings back the same issue.

Any ideas?
