I have Avaya IPO 500v2 R9.1 with 2 analog trunks installed at a site. The issue is that when calling from outside the organization the operator hear 1 ring, then the caller ID displayed after that the call disconnect and the two lines go to busy.

Anyone hv idea?

My idea would be to open monitor, trace it and find out what the hell is going on.

Set the trunk to bothway?

Make sure the locale for your system is correct in Manager> system.
Something is screwy with the

Run Automatic Balance Impedance Match.

Turn ICLID off if you really need a result.

Two silk worms had a race. They ended up in a tie.

1st try to Isolate the lines from the system and test lines with a test set, then you will know if it's a provider issue or an issue with the IP Office
