Hi

I`ve got a Definity G3 Version V7, External callers call to office access an announcement and dial a VDN, The VDN dials an external number (using a vector)(incoming and outgoing trunks are conected to a central office trunk card TN747), My problem is that trunk stays connected, I programmed disconnect supervision:
In yes
Out yes
for the incoming and outgoing trunk groups, But I doesnt work.
I know that there's a feature called "Outgoing Trunk Disconnect Timer" for COR, But when I display COR this feature doesnt appear, Does this PBX version support this feature?
Can I do something else to avoid that trunk-to-trunk stay connected?

Thanks,

I don't know Avaya gear, but, have your Central Office check that they have Central Office Disconnect turned on.
