Analog Trunk Module

Have installed 4 port Analog module in IP Office 406 running Version 1.4.22.

Configured for Loop Start / DTMF .

Short code set up to access lines for outgoing

Wired to BT line presentations as per Avaya Docs CD.

Call status shows short code then nothing and receive busy tone.

Cannot find any documentation for exact setup required
