We have a IPO office 500V2 R9 Installed with over 100 users.
The intercom speech is excellent for both analog and digital.
There are two analog trunks connected on to the system.
The trunk lines when directly connected on PBT are having excellent speech quality with No Noise, echo or speech quality problems.
But terminated on PABX
1. The incoming and outgoing calls both are almost inaudible, intermittent speech, hollowness and noise.
2. We tried using default parameters and also tried to match with what Service Provider offered with a great effort.
48V, 40mA, 440(300hz - 3400hz), 40 DB, EPABX freq. 330hz
this is call they could offer.
Any solution found for this problem? I believe this is a frequent issue in Avaya for systems in Africa.
