One of my customer is using analog trunks on a 5000 5.1 SP2, and came accross this problem: if the outside caller hangs up first and he doesnt hang up the phone for any reason the system is not releasing that trunk until he actually physically hangs up the hand set or releases hands free (frequently happens after a conference call). I checked with the line provider, disconnect supervision settings and the line is being released by them. I've tried playing with all different timers and didnt get anywhere. also tried changing the answer supervision type under trunk settings and made no difference. Any suggestions?
