We switched carriers from Sprint to AT&T yesterday and every since our LOCAL T1 is out-of-service.. If we busy release the trunk it will work actively for 3-4 minutes and then go out of service again. I can make calls, etc fine during that time..

Any ideas?

AT&T says they see nothing wrong on their side.. we've swaped cards and verified that the same thing happens on a different card.

It sounds like there are some settings that are incorrect either on the pbx or with AT&T. How do you currently have the T1 setup.

What is the protocol you have on the T1, have you tried changing that in the pbx to see if the T1 stays active..?

Whoops, nevermind, I see now you said it was an Analog T1, you won't have a protocol setting on a analog T1. How do you have your T1 configured..?

T1 is a CO Trunk setup auto/wink and have tried ground-start, everything worked just fine until we switched carriers. When we busy release the trunk group it comes up and we can make calls for 3-5 minutes before it goes out of service.. we have tried swaping cards, but the problem didn't follow the card.

new findings - so we did a busy, reset, release of the DS1 board and we now have it online for over 30 minutes, however 3 on the T1 channels are now ringing non-stop... with no one on the other end.

That sounds like a misconfiguration. This is a AMI-zcs/D4 T1? You may want to confirm these settings with the CO. And play with them a bit.
