one of our customer is using Siemens Hipath 4000 V5 System.

When we are set Analog Trunk line incoming call landing to sip extension then not getting Caller id (Shows Anonymous Call).

But when we are set Analog Trunk line incoming call landing to Analog/digital extension then caller id working ok.

Also We are using PRI Lines & we are set incoming call landing to sip extension then caller id working ok.

Internal extensions caller id working ok on sip extension.

I've not seen this problem before.

Did you make a Wireshark trace of the call to the client? Is the Caller ID really missing, or just presented differently and maybe the client discards it.

Hi Moriendi,

is it supported Analog Trunk line CLI over VOIP (SIP Extension)?

Also which kind of traces required.

Thanks...

I don't know if it's supported or not. I don't remember seeing anything that says it is not supported but your combination of what works and what does not implies there is a problem with it somewhere.

You need a Wireshark trace of the call from STMI to client, like I said. You should check if the CLI is missing from the invite or is it there but discarded by your client.
