I changed our conference room phone from a analog to a Digital polycom set. Before the change I was able to conference in other calls to the polycom phone. Now with the digital set I can not do this. I changed the CLS: to POA to make it work but I was woundering if there is another way to fix this with out opening POA in the CLS. Thank you in advance for any help in this matter.
