Hi All,
I have an Elite 192 with 9500 series Software.
I have a PBR installed and approx. 24 Analog Stations and 48 Digital Stations. We have 2 PRI Circuits installed.
All phones are used for outbound calling only (Telemarketing). We are having problems with the Analog Stations not being able to call out intermittantly. It seems to be specific with sets of analog stations. We have swapped out the cards.

Any help would be great!!!!

Thanks,
Chris

Check 1-8-01 to see if all four pbr receivers are dedicated to slt.

I had this exact same problem on a 192 in the past. We pulled our hair out replacing both the PBR and SLI cards. This problem went on for over 6 months, with no fix from NEC or ANY tech that went to site. It has now stopped, due to placing a fan on the system, and leaving the covers off. I DO NOT know if this was the fix, but we were at the end of our rope and one day the system seemed very hot. Maybe the PBR card is sensitive to heat.

Best of Luck.

If you find some other solution please post back just so I'll know. Otherwise the previous suggestion is the only thing in programming to change.
