Have a customer with a Mitel 200icp r3.0. Two of the station ports when dialed appear to ring once then try to access an outside line. Since this is not allowed, the call hangs up.

The console operator says that they do not see any forwarding on these two extensions.

When you call the analog extensions from a digital phone, or a IP phone with a display, where does it say the call is going after you hear the first ring?

It does not sound like call forwarding, as it would not ring the set, if call forwarding was set.

If a station was bared from outside call forwarding, the system would not attempt the transfer (i.e. 9 would be seen as invalid and the system would reject before any outside access was granted).

When I go into maintenance, and watch the status of the extension,I see it ring, then access an outside line after the first ring.

Not sure, You see it access co line, then it hangs up.

It has to be dialing a number in order to meet the ARS requirements.

Understood, When I status the station under maintenance, this is where I see the call ring once, then access an outside co line, then hangup.

if the console does not see any forwarding on those stations check the tenant of the stations to see if it is forwarded there.

All the same tenant. Console does not see any forwarding.

console will not see the forwarding in form 19. Try to clear forwarding from maintenance and Do not disturb also. Does the tenant of those extensions show any scxxx, speed call?

What type of device is connected to the analog port? Have you tried connecting your test set in monitor mode to the port?

Yes, did that, finally moved station to a different port to resolve the problem. Ultimately replaced the ONS card to resolve.
