I just obtained a new Norstar Analog Station Module for our Norstar MICS system... typical, it came without mounting hardware or fiber, but those I can deal with getting. What I was wondering is if anyone can provide information about the wiring from the 25-pair telco connector. I can probably guess based on Norstars usual wiring but would like to know for sure if possible. For that matter, is there a PDF manual available? :) Thanks!

You will use the first 8 ports for you ASM, the next 8 ports if you piggy-back a second ASM. I couldn`t find a pdf for it on the net, but you probably won`t need one as the program just like any ATA.

On the wiring, 25 pair connector, the first 8 pairs for the 8 stations on the ASM, if you have a 2nd ASM the pairs on the 25 pair cable is again the first 8 pairs (White/Blue thru Red/Green). If you ever add a 2nd ASM you would connect your fiber cable from the lower Fiber jack of the 1st asm to the upper fiber jack of the 2nd asm. Station port numbering is sequential from 1 - 16 for two ASM's. beyond that, as schlum says, it is just another ATA.
