Analog station module out

I have an analog module down.Green lamp is flashing, did not respond to a disable and re-enable of module.Thought about power down of system and will try that if need be.
Fairly certain I need a new one, but this forum offers an excellent opportunity to pick the brains of some great minds with lots of expierence.
Any input is appreciated.

Most likely the PS inside is gone on it when light is gone or flashing.
