analog ringing in parrallel with digital phone

Hello,

Its been a long time since I have worked on a Option 11C but a customer of mine has an Option 11C at one of their sites and they want to have a call go to both an analog and digital phone when the digital extension number is dialled, I am sure the Option 11C can do this but not sure on the process.

You simply create multiple TNs, each having the same DN.

1. Create analog TN with DN 1234
2. Create digital TN with KEY x SCR 1234

The HUNT and FDN instruction for the DN will be obtained from whichever TN is built first, or whichever TN you select as MARP.

If you want to have a Multiple Call Arrangement (i.e. being able to make calls on both the analog and digital set at the same time), then build the analog set first with CLS=MCRA and then build the digital set with KEY xx MCR yyyy.
