Our BCM400 (ver 3.7) is using a ASM module to work with our third-party IVR software. In the software it is asking for the feature code to transfer telephone calls. I know that the code is "Feature 70", however I don't know how to tell the software how to indicate the "Feature" button. This software worked correctly when we were using a Meridan phone system. In that system we would use "!" to enable the "Feature" button. Does anyone know what character would enable the "Feature" button on the BCM?
