Analog question on an ACS

For some reason I am not able to dial out on an analog set. I can receive calls, dial internally, but when I dial "9" I get a busy... Appreciate some advise.

Program the Auto Line Select for that Exension.

At Ext. 10 or 11:
Feature 00
Left Intercom Twice
Right Intercom Once
Dial the Extension Number
Dial **
Press the Left Intercom
Press the Lines in the order that you want them to be selected
Dial ** again
Feature 00

Check restrictions if you still have issues. line access, outgoing, etc. If you need help answer back.

Guys thanks for your response. I would have to chk this puppy out again and see what exactly is going on.
