Good Morn....On a BCM-50 with 3 modules,not sure of s/w level, I have a 2 analog ports coming from the system. The problem just started happening after the whole BCM had been installed for awhile. the problem is the analog port lose d/t, sounds like an open line. Can't dial the ext. or the direct line to the port. Going in under Maint., the system says the port is busy even though nothing is connected to that port, disableing denied. Other than rebooting the whole system, what can be done to fix this problem? Thanks ahead for your suggestions.
