Analog phones cant dial out

We have a CS1000 rls 5 and all analog phones are unable to dial out. Checked Conf/TDS and all seem ok
What is recommended other than a reboot. Any assistance will be appreciated.

Check that the programming doesn't restrict them from dialing out - TGAR setting.
Maybe post one of the TN's that you are having trouble on.

prt the tn of an analogue set & post here

Remember if it doesn't work hit it harder

TGAR will just restrict direct access to a trunk. they should be using bars/nars to dial out. check the ncos of the phone. are all the phones on the same card?
