Hello to everyone,

We have Option 61C. On some analog phones if the user hangs up and picks up the receiver right away, the phone is dialing switchboard automatically. Any Idea why it's happening.

Thanks.

Print the TN of one that is bad and one that is good. Do a side by side comparison and see if there are any differences in their programming.

YOUR HOOKFLASHING THE CALL, WHICH WILL AFTER A TIME GO TO OPERATOR IF YOUR STILL ON PHONE

OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS

With CLS XFD ( transfer denied) a quick switchook flash before trunk disconnects from current call is sent to attendant. This feature is Attendant Recall. The only way a set with CLS XFD can get back to attd to have them transfer to someone else. Either change CLS to XFR (transfer restricted switchook ignored) or XFA (transfer allowed) so station is not sending trunks disconnected trunks to attendant. Attd receives call with outgoing trunk route and member displayed. Caller hangs up and leaves attd connected to dead trunk wondering whass upp??
