Hi

System MCD - V8.sp3
MBG - SIP, Teleworkers

Has anyone setup an analog phone with a Cisco/SPA112 as a teleworker please.
I can get the phone registered and working remotely but, when i try to dial out i hear 3 beeps and the call is put on hold automatically.
Internal calls work fine.
It has to be something to do with SIP Trunks (Gammma).

Thanks

If the SPA is local onsite can it dial out?
- If no then check the dial plan in the programming of the SPA (in its own web interface).
- If yes then check the COS for Hot Desk External User - Allow Mid-Call Features and set it to no, and retry.

@AlphaMann

This is on a UCaaS.
Dial plan is correctly setup. If i connect this to another site which has ISDN trunks, it works fine.
Changed the COS but it`s the same unfortunately.

How are the SIP trunks connected? ie Using MBG/Collab and if so is it on the same mbg the SPA is connecting to?

Manage to resolved this.
It was due to misconfiguration of SIP Peer SDP options.

Thanks for the responses
