Analog Phone Not Able to Call Verizon Conference Bridge

Good afternoon,

I have an analog phone, associated with a VG port. When the user attempts to call into a Verizon Conference bridge, any bridge, he can dial the 800 number to access the bridge just fine. When he attempts to enter his 7 digit passcode, it does not recognize the passcode. Its like he is getting echo on the DTMF and it is confusing VzB on their end. Anyone have any issues like this before?

Do you have a DTMF relay configured on your VG?

I dont believe it is. I did a show run on the VG and here is what I got:

port 0/3


I dont see any reference to DTMF-Relay.
