In a Magix system, can an analog phone be a member of an auto log out Calling Group. If it can, there must be a dial code of some sort so they can log into and out of the group?

Thanks.

First off, Any phone can be a MEMBER except a QCC.

Loggin in and out, Depending on the Release of Magix, Prior to 2.1:

# 44 to log in, #* 44 to log out.

With 2.1 and LATER a member can be assigned to more than one calling group, in that case:

INDIVIDUAL CALLING GROUP:

LOG IN = # 764 + The Calling Group EXTENSION
LOG OUT = # 765 + The Calling Group EXTENSION

ALL CALLING GROUPS

LOG IN = # 764 + *
LOG OUT = # 765 + *

Yes, an analog (I assume single-line) telephone can be a member of a calling group or groups. You log in by dialing #764, followed by the calling group extension number.
