I have an Avaya wall analog phone that does not ring when receiving incoming calls. I have changed the phone to a known good one but still does not ring when receiving calls. Checked the Avaya CM (cha sta 28908) and everything looks normal. Nothing has been changed on the Avaya CM side. What can the issue be?
