Analog Phone does not Ring

Phone is working i.e user is able to make out calls & also able to receive the calls. But phone not ringing for incoming calls.
Below is the test station result:

How to check in this case.

We have checked with other phone on same port but still issue is same.

Fail test 48, Have you tried administering station to a different port?

FAIL The terminal equipment is not connected to the circuit pack. Some terminal
equipment, such as modems, may fail even when connected properly.
1. Remotely test the terminal equipment.
2. If the test fails again, resolve any RING-GEN errors in the error log, if
present.
3. Check all of the wiring between the station equipment and the switch,
and run the test again.
4. If the test still fails, the terminal equipment may be defective. Check
and replace it, if necessary.
5. Some terminal equipment might fail even when it is connected
properly. Use change station extension and enter n in the Test field
to disable the test. This also disables Tests 6, 7, 35, and 161 on this
port.

test st is not always a reliable test for an analog station.
Put a volt ohm meter on the port and read the ring voltage.
You might have a bad capacitor in the phone or have a bad port.
