Analog Phone board 1

We have a 012 board on our Merlin Legend system. There is a top bank with 6 analog ports, and a bottom bank with 6 analog ports. The top 6 ports do not work correctly, and seem to be "restricted". is there any procedure in opening these up? I cannot make long distance calls on these ports either, which is strange. I dont have SPM software, but I am trying to find it.

I can mail you a copy of the SPM software, just send me your mailing address. Check out the ports under extensions and then restriction and see what they are set to. Your problem is most likely there. Make sure the ARS restriction is set correctly as well. Typically it is set to 3.
