Analog phone beeps, pauses before dialing

Hello!

The analog phone that we have on the IPO 500 6.1, on a combo card, will beep, pause, beep and pause before it completes the outbound call.

Any way to eliminate this?

That is not normal operation of an analogue handset on IP Office, it's either the handset or some odd programming on the system or tones being passed from the line causing this
