Analog lines won't disconnect after conference call.

Hi,

The system is a 406v2 and the trunks are connected to an ATM 16. The problem happens when a conference call is made (two external parties and one internal) the lines will not clear. We have to reboot or unplug the line to make the calls clear. This happens only when the two lines have been conferenced.

We're running ver 3.1.48

Has anyone heard of conference calls causing analog lines to not clear like this?
