Analog Lines on IP Office 412- AUTO PRIVACY

Can someone explain where I can change the privacy settings for analog lines on a IP 412? Users are claiming they can access lines that are already in use. Thanks in advance..

It's 2.1, not sure of the MR(.17,.18, etc)..

I know the Magix/Partner feature is called Auto Privacy, but can't find anything that closely matched that in the help section on our office switch..

There is no such feature on IPO, as IPGuru suggested something is wrong. Almost sounded like you had a beta version of R3 there.

It is broken.
It dosent even sound like a known V2.1 bug
still the usual advice:-

1) downgrade to V2.0(18)
2) replace the atm
