A new install of a 500V2 9.1 using 2 Combo cards. The POTS lines are coming from Verizon FIOS. I get alarms of the lines showing "Out of Service" through out the day. I've done a manual impedance match.
Any ideas would be helpful.
That means the line voltage dropped off, I imagine the modem they use to provide the lines uses some kind of power saving mode, ask them to turn that off. Either way it's not an IP Office issue, it's just telling you what's happening it's not doing it itself
